The safety of our crew is important to us; in the event of a thunderstorm we provide flexibility to reschedule our service and or provide a half-service. 

If you live in a gated community we will need access to your community. We consider entry fees as part of our business expense. In short, we pay the gate entrance no extra charge to you!

We are often flexible with scheduling , however we recommend you book about 60 - 45 days out especially during summer months, and near the holidays! 

While we have done invoicing in the past, we would prefer to collect payment at the time of services completed. We accept credit cards and personal checks. With credit cards, additional fees may apply.
